Dear participants in foreign economic activity,

The State Revenue Committee provides additional information regarding the launch of the “Goods Declaration” functionality in the KEDEN information system.

Starting from *21:00 on April 10, 2026, technical work will be carried out in the ASTANA-1 information system to migrate functionality. In this regard, access to the system will be limited.

The “Goods Declaration” functionality in the KEDEN information system will become operational starting from 00:00 on April 11, 2026.

To avoid possible difficulties when registering and logging into the *KEDEN system, we kindly ask you to:

* complete registration in the system in advance;
* check whether your accounts are blocked due to prolonged inactivity;
* monitor the validity periods of electronic digital signatures used for customs operations in the KEDEN system, and renew them in a timely manner if necessary.

Additionally, please note that starting from 00:00 on April 11, 2026:

1. Declarations for goods (DT) issued in the ASTANA-1 system with the “VTD” declaration feature must be completed in the ASTANA-1 system (submission and release of DT with the “PVD” feature).

2. For the “VDT” declaration feature, the release of goods and submission of DT in accordance with the EAEU requirements will be carried out in the ASTANA-1 system.

3. For DTs where customs control has not been completed before the launch of the DT functionality in the *KEDEN system, the release of goods will be carried out in the **ASTANA-1 system*.

4. The release of goods under DTs with the “PTD” declaration feature registered in the ASTANA-1 system will be carried out in the ASTANA-1 system.

Additional information will be published on the Committee’s official resources as updates become available.

We remind you that a 24/7 methodological and technical support service is available for participants in foreign economic activity.
