Improving the Quality of Public Services — A Priority of the Civil Service
17.04.2026 18:21:28 207On April 17, 2026, with the participation of representatives of the Department for Civil Service Affairs of the region, a seminar-meeting was held on improving the quality of public service delivery. The event brought together responsible employees of government agencies, where key directions for increasing the efficiency of services provided to the population were comprehensively discussed.
During the meeting, particular attention was paid to the provisions of the Law “On Public Services.” Participants discussed the importance of complying with legal requirements in the delivery of services, ensuring the protection of service recipients’ rights, and strictly observing service timelines and quality standards.
In addition, актуальные issues related to improving public service processes, reducing administrative barriers, and increasing the accessibility and transparency of services were addressed. The importance of strengthening feedback mechanisms with service recipients and ensuring timely consideration of their requests and suggestions was emphasized.
Following the seminar, recommendations were adopted on the strict observance of the rights of service recipients, full compliance with legislative requirements, and the systematic improvement of the quality of public services.
