Most of the main issues raised during the reception were related to housing. This direction is under the personal control of the mayor. At the moment, Otbasy Bank JSC is dealing with the distribution and priority of housing. However, local executive bodies continue to systematically work to improve the quality of life of the population, including providing housing is one of the main priorities.

In the district, more than 40 apartments and residential buildings were provided to the housing stock. Their distribution will be carried out in the order of priority, in accordance with the current legislation.

In addition, work continues on the development of housing infrastructure in the district. This year, within the framework of the one-story East program, it is planned to implement new construction projects, as well as modernize multi-storey residential buildings.
