On April 17, 2026, the Territorial Electoral Commission of the Abay region held a seminar on the topic: "Organization of the work of precinct election commissions on election day."
     Members of the territorial election commission of the city of Kurchatov, as well as chairmen, deputies and secretaries of precinct election commissions took part in the seminar.
    During the seminar, the participants performed practical work on organizing work with voter lists, activities of precinct election commissions on election day, ensuring accessibility of polling stations for persons with disabilities, as well as interaction with observers, proxies and representatives of the mass media. At the end of the seminar, certificates were awarded, as well as the promotion of the most active members of the commission.
