The deadline for submitting the TNF and paying taxes and fees expires on April 20.
No later than April 20, 2026, it is necessary:
- submit the following tax reporting forms:
f. 101.02 - Calculation of the amount of advance payments for the CPN payable for the period after submitting the CPN declaration for 2-4 quarters of 2026;
f. 328.00 - Application for import of goods and payment of indirect taxes for March 2026;
f. 851.00 - Calculation of the amounts of current payments for the use of land (if a land use agreement has been concluded or a license for exploration or production of mineral resources has been obtained in March 2026);
f. 870.00 - Declaration of payment for negative environmental impact on payments of up to 100 MCI upon receipt of a permit from March 21 to March 31, 2026;
- pay:
VAT in the Eurasian Economic Union for March 2026;
Excise tax, including on the import of goods from the territory of the EAEU for March 2026;
Payment for negative environmental impact on payments of up to 100 MCI;
Payment for forest use in long-term forest management for the 1st quarter of 2026;
Payment for the use of plant resources for the 1st quarter of 2026.
