On April 28, 2026, UAPF invites everyone to its traditional online meeting, Open Day, where Fund specialists will provide a detailed overview of the new investment portal, invest.enpf.kz, and the opportunities it offers contributors.

Pension savings are not only a fund for the future but also a financial resource that can be effectively managed. UAPF contributors have the opportunity to influence the return on their savings by transferring a portion of their savings to investment portfolio managers (IPMs): up to 50% through compulsory and compulsory occupational pension contributions, and up to 100% through voluntary pension contributions. IPMs invest pension funds in stocks, bonds, currencies, and other financial instruments specified in the investment policy, with the goal of generating income.

To make these processes as clear as possible, a new investment portal has been created. It helps contributors better navigate investment activities and make informed decisions about managing their pension savings.

At the meeting, you will learn:

• how the platform works;
• how the pension asset investment system works;
• how to independently analyze investment indicators and compare different strategies;
• what to look for when choosing a manager;
• how to use the invest.enpf.kz portal to analyze your options;
• what real tools contributors have to influence their future pension.

In a single digital space, users can access basic concepts and explanations on investment topics, key information about investment portfolio trustees, pension asset allocation structures, investment strategies (criteria), financial indicators, and other information in Kazakh and Russian, allowing contributors to develop a personal profile of the trustee and their investment activities.

Portal users can easily compare the returns, portfolio structure, and management results of the IPM and the NBRK, track performance indicators, and thereby gain a deeper understanding of pension asset investment mechanisms. This tool is especially important for young contributors, who can gain valuable investment experience, participate in choosing a more profitable investment strategy, and influence the management of their pension savings.

The event will be held in an interactive format, allowing participants to ask questions and receive clarifications from Fund specialists, as well as individual consultations. This format is particularly convenient, as it allows users to connect from anywhere in the world and receive up-to-date information directly from experts. It's worth noting that the UAPF places significant emphasis on improving the financial and legal literacy of Kazakhstan's population. In 2025 alone, more than 38,000 informational meetings were held, reaching approximately 800,000 people, and approximately 400,000 inquiries were processed.

The latest Open Day continues this work, offering participants practical tools for understanding and managing their pension savings. We hope this event will be useful for both savers and journalists involved in covering topics related to Kazakhstan's funded pension system.

UAPF was founded on August 22, 2013 on the basis of GNPF APF JSC. The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Trust management of UAPF pension assets is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts compulsory pension contributions, employer’s compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, as well as carries out enrollment and accounting of voluntary pension contributions formed at the expense of the unclaimed amount of guaranteed compensation for the guaranteed deposit, transferred by the organization carrying out mandatory guarantee of deposits, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On mandatory guarantee of deposits placed in second-tier banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan", ensures the implementation of pension benefits. The Fund also carries out accounting of target assets and target requirements, accounting and crediting of target savings (TS) to target savings accounts, payments of TS to their recipients in bank accounts, accounting for returns of TS in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the National Fund for Children program (More details at www.enpf.kz)
