On April 21, 2026, Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Presidium of the NCE RK "Atameken", met with representatives of the business community of the region at Ust-Kamenogorsk on the site of the D. Serikbayev EKSTU.

The event was attended by Kazybek Koishinov, Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region, and Gulmira Sabralimova, Head of Office of Advocacy and the Contact Center.

During the meeting, issues of loan subsidies, agricultural science, development, export of aquaculture products, social entrepreneurship, requirements for the inspection of production facilities and the control over dual-use goods were discussed.

Special attention is paid to tax issues, including legislative amendments, tax burden reduction, digitalization of tax administration and business support measures.

Following the meeting, proposals were developed to improve business conditions, which will be developed jointly with state agencies and the NCE RK "Atameken".
