National Guard officers complete first-ever course on professional communication culture

For the first time, advanced training courses on service ethics and communication were organized at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The training lasted one week and was aimed at improving the professional skills of officers and enhancing effective interaction with the public.
Officers from all regional commands of the National Guard took part in the course. The program was structured around the principle of “Law and Order” and covered issues of service ethics, modern communication culture, standards of conduct in maintaining public order, as well as legal foundations.
The training included lectures, practical sessions, and discussion platforms.
A total of 12 speakers were involved in delivering the course, and more than 20 servicemen completed the training. Certificates were awarded to the participants by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Major General Kairat Umbetov, and Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Zhanat Dilbarkhanova.
The course is aimed at enhancing the professional competence of law enforcement troops and improving the quality of interaction with society. It is expected that this initiative will be further developed.
