On April 22-23, 2026, the city of Samarkand hosted the IV International Conference on Experience Exchange in Public Financial Management with the participation of representatives from financial authorities of certain CIS countries.

Olzhas Nukaev, Head of the Risk Management Department of the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered a report on the topic "Budget Risk Management: Kazakhstan's Experience in Digital Audit."

The presentation covered approaches to implementing digital audit and risk management systems, including the use of artificial intelligence elements in online budget monitoring. It was noted that these solutions enable the identification of risks and the prevention of violations at early stages of the budget process.

The presented experience generated significant interest among the Conference participants. Delegations from several countries highlighted the practical significance of Kazakhstan's digital solutions.

The Conference served as a platform for exchanging experiences and discussing modern approaches to improving the efficiency of budget expenditures.
