Residents of Kostanay have the opportunity to receive housing certificates covering up to 90% of the initial down payment (but not more than 1.5 million tenge).

The program is designed for socially vulnerable groups of the population, as well as specialists and representatives of certain professions. The certificates can be used when purchasing housing on both the primary and secondary markets.
