Regional review-competition of the structure and songs of the clubs "Zhas Sarbaz"

As part of the unified educational program "Adal Azamat," on April 30, 2026, a drill and song competition of the "Zhas Sarbaz" clubs, dedicated to the 81st anniversary of the Great Victory, was held at the Republican State Institution "Military Unit 5518 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan" among college students.

The organizers were the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region and the State Institution "Ust-Kamenogorsk Multidisciplinary Technological College."

The goal of the competition was to foster high social activity and patriotism in students, a sense of citizenship and loyalty to their Fatherland, love for the Motherland, and readiness to defend the Fatherland.

195 students from 13 colleges of the East Kazakhstan Region took part in the drill and song review competition.

During the drill and song review, the young patriots demonstrated their drill training skills, team spirit, drill discipline, and performed a marching song. The jury evaluated the platoons' performances based on the following criteria: the appearance of the platoon personnel, platoon-by-platoon passage in a ceremonial march, performance of a marching song as a platoon, execution of drill commands, and the platoon commanders' competition.

1st place – Abai East Kazakhstan Higher Pedagogical College;

2nd place – East Kazakhstan Multidisciplinary College;

3rd place – D. Serikbayev Higher IT College of VKTU.

In the nomination "Best Captain" – Ust-Kamenogorsk College of Economics and Technology won.

In the nomination "Best Ceremonial March Passage" – Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College won.

In the nomination "Best Marching Song" – Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction and Technical College won.

In the nomination "Best Drill Commands" – College of Transport and Life Safety won.
