On May 6, 2026, a legal education session was held at the apparatus of the regional akim on the topic:
«The New Constitution as a Stage in the Development of Constitutional Building of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

The speaker was Ukin S.K. — Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor of A. Baitursynov KRU University.

During the session, key changes to the Basic Law, issues of the rule of law, protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, as well as the role of civil servants in implementing constitutional norms were considered.

Conducting such events is aimed at improving the legal culture and professional competencies of civil servants.
