On May 14, 2026, the "East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education 'Örken' of the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region," in collaboration with the branch of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence in Ust-Kamenogorsk, held a national online intensive on the topic "From Control to Development: Modern Tools for the School Management Team."

The online intensive was attended by heads of educational organizations, deputy directors, methodologists, and teachers from the East Kazakhstan Region, Pavlodar Region, Abai Region, and Zhetisu Region. The event brought together representatives of the pedagogical community from various regions of the country, interested in developing a modern management culture, improving the school management system, and enhancing the quality of education.

The intensive speakers presented modern tools for managing an educational organization, strategic planning practices, methods for increasing the motivation of the teaching staff, and approaches to developing the professional competencies of teachers. Issues related to the implementation of innovative teaching methods, supporting the professional growth of teachers, and creating a favorable educational environment were also discussed.
