Bekpasov Murat Kairbekovich, was born on April 23, 1973 in the village of Uritsky in the Uritsky district of the Kostanay region.
He started his career in 1991.
He has worked in executive and managerial positions in the state revenue authorities for more than 29 years.
His previous job was as the head of the State Revenue Department for the Uzunkol district of the State Revenue Department for the Kostanay region.
