The tax reporting forms with explanations of their preparation and the procedure for their submission were approved by Order No. 695 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2025. 

This order also approved the Rules for submitting Tax Reporting Forms, as well as the Rules for the provision of public services "Receiving tax reporting" and "Suspending, resuming tax reporting."

We recommend that taxpayers avoid violating reporting submission deadlines, verify the data before submitting tax reporting forms, and actively use electronic services.
