Regional Akim Murat Ergeshbayev took part in a ceremonial event dedicated to the end of the academic year for graduates of School-Lyceum No. 15 named after Myrzabek Duisenov. He wished the graduates, who are leaving the school nest, a happy journey and congratulated the teaching staff on the holiday.
This year, more than 10 thousand young graduates in the region said goodbye to the school where they gained knowledge for eleven years and received a ticket to a new life.
«Truly, what equalizes country and country, people and people, is education. Only education gives every person a huge opportunity to correctly choose their life path, gain self-confidence, and achieve success.
President Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly: «School is a sacred abode of knowledge and upbringing. As important as it is to raise the younger generation in the spirit of striving for knowledge, it is equally important to show them the right path and give them landmarks. We must pay special attention to ensuring that young people grow up honest and hardworking».
With the support of the Head of State and the Government, more than 200 social facilities have been built in the region. Among them, large-scale projects in the field of education have been implemented, and 45 new modern educational institutions have been handed over for the benefit of the country.
As part of the national project «Keleshek Mektepteri» (Schools of the Future), initiated by the President, 10 new schools have been built. One of them is the new building of School-Lyceum No. 15 named after Myrzabek Duisenov, whose first graduates you have become. After the opening of this school, the issue of a state school in the «Arai» microdistrict was completely resolved.

The head of the region particularly noted that in this academic year, about 100 gifted students took prize places in republican and international subject Olympiads, which is the result of the enormous work of experienced teachers.
In this academic year, 189,288 students of grades 1-11 completed their studies in 320 schools in the region, 987 students are applying for the «Altyn Belgi», 1,141 students are applying for the «Uzdik attestat». The final stage of the national unified testing will take place from May 10 to July 10 at testing centers in the city of Kyzylorda, Aral, Kazaly, and Zhanakorgan districts. 9,250 out of 10,317 11th-grade graduates will participate in it.
The effective organization of summer recreation for students is planned. This year, more than 170 thousand students will relax in summer health camps, about 150 thousand children will relax in school camps. Recently, a year-round educational and health center opened on the territory of the Presidential Park with the support of the Head of State.
At the ceremonial event, the chairman of the regional veterans' council, Serik Duisenbayev, wished the youth a happy journey and expressed kind parting words, and Mukhit Torebayev, speaking on behalf of the parents, expressed gratitude to the teachers.
