The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces that, starting from April 11, 2026, the "Goods Declaration" module has been launched in the "Keden" information system. Within this module, a function has been implemented to view the customs clearance status of vehicles by VIN code, processed using either a goods declaration or a passenger customs declaration.

In addition, the system provides access to registers of special economic and industrial zones, the register of medicines and medical devices, the state register of intellectual property objects, the register of state registration certificates, the database of documents and licenses, the register of conformity assessment documents and accreditation entities in the field of technical regulation, as well as customs registers maintained by the state revenue authorities.

This functionality enables officials and owners of temporary storage warehouses to verify the statuses of customs declarations and monitor the relevant supporting documents.

Additionally, the system provides the capability to verify the status of a goods declaration using a QR code when the declaration is printed.
