In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens who meet the established requirements can go through bankruptcy proceedings without going to court.

To apply for out - of - court bankruptcy , you must:
• have debts to banks, microfinance organizations or collection agencies;
• so that the total amount of debt does not exceed 1600 MCI;
• do not repay the debt for more than 12 months;
• have no registered property;
• Take measures to settle debts with creditors.

, You can apply:
• through the portal eGov.kz;
• in public service centers (PSCs);
• through the E-Salyq Azamat mobile app.

If the amount of debt does not exceed 1600 MCI and the debt has not been repaid for more than 5 years, the out-of-court bankruptcy procedure is considered in a simplified manner.
