Today, under the chairmanship of the regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev, a meeting was held regarding personnel changes. At the meeting, colleagues respectfully bid farewell to Ardak Temirkhanovich Zebeshev, who until now had been acting as deputy akim of the region, in connection with his appointment to the position of Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The head of the region, noting Ardak Temirkhanovich's significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region, the increase in investment potential, and the support of entrepreneurship, wished him success in his new position.
«Since February 2024, Ardak Temirkhanovich, as deputy akim of the region, oversaw areas related to investment attraction and entrepreneurship. Under his coordination, systematic work was carried out aimed at improving the region's investment climate, and concrete results were achieved in implementing the tasks set by the Head of State for forming an investment ecosystem.
During this period, over 1.4 trillion tenge in investments were attracted to the region, and over the past two years, 48 investment projects with a total value exceeding 339 billion tenge have been implemented. As a result, new production facilities have opened, and the scope of international partnership has expanded», – said Murat Nalhozhaevich.
Under the leadership of Ardak Zebeshev, work on creating the "Korkyt Ata" special economic zone was organized at a high level. Effective negotiations were held with foreign investors, and projects for the construction of a sanitary ware plant by the Spanish company "Roca Group" and the creation of an agro-industrial cluster by the Swiss company "Harvest Group" were launched.
Nine agreements were signed with the People's Republic of China aimed at introducing advanced technologies into agriculture and the construction industry. An energy-saving glass production facility, a modern brick factory, and production complexes for confectionery and pasta products were commissioned.
Furthermore, he contributed to the high-level organization of culture days held in Finland, Estonia, Spain, Switzerland, and France, aimed at promoting the culture of the Kyzylorda region internationally and developing cooperation.
Ardak Temirkhanovich was presented with a Letter of Appreciation from the First Deputy Prime Minister Nurlybek Mashbekovich, an Honorary Certificate of the Kyzylorda Region for his special contribution to the socio-economic development of the Kyzylorda region, and the medal "For Contribution to the Development of the Kyzylorda Region".
Also at the meeting, Duisenbayev Nurbolat Serikovich was introduced, who, in accordance with the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has been appointed First Deputy Prosecutor of the region, due to the retirement of the First Deputy Prosecutor of the Kyzylorda Region, Islambeck Tolegenov.
