A meeting was held via Zoom under the chairmanship of Medet Kadyrbekovich Kadyrbekov, Head of the Beskaragai District Department of Education. The meeting was attended by school principals, deputy principals, records management officers, and specialists of the district education department.

The following issues were discussed during the meeting:

Chief Specialist of the Education Department — Kamila Yesengeldievna Tussupova:

1. The operation of the “Teacher Recruitment” module, prevention of deficiencies in the Unified Labor Contract Registration System, and issues related to working with the E-Otinish platform.
2. On other matters, the Head of the Education Department assigned the following tasks:
   • organize tree planting, landscaping, beautification, and cleanliness activities in schools within the framework of the “Clean Kazakhstan” program;
   • prevent illegal collection of funds, organization of celebratory banquets, and vehicle parades during Last Bell ceremonies;
   • encourage teachers to use free artificial intelligence tools in their professional activities;
   • ensure proper budget planning and effective utilization of allocated funds;
   • provide psychological support to students participating in the Unified National Testing (UNT);
   • address other current and operational issues.
