Today, a ceremonial event dedicated to June 5 – World Environment Day and Ecologist Day was held in the meeting hall of the district administration at the instruction of the District Akim.

The event was hosted by Deputy District Akim Dias Moldabayev, who noted:

— President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev places special emphasis on the development of environmental awareness and culture. In addition, the “Taza Kazakhstan” environmental campaign initiated by the Head of State is being actively implemented in our district. Improvement and beautification works on the streets and public areas of the district center are carried out on a regular basis. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our fellow citizens, the appearance of our district continues to improve and our communities are becoming cleaner. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your responsible service. May our nature flourish and our cherished homeland continue to prosper.

During the ceremony, a number of specialists who have been working diligently for the benefit of the country were awarded Certificates of Appreciation from the District Akim.

During the meaningful gathering, Askar Merekov, Chairman of the District Council of Veterans, Temirbek Pernebayev, a veteran of the water management sector, and Bakytbek Saneev, Chief Engineer of the Forest Protection and Conservation Department of the Karmaqshy Forestry and Wildlife Protection Institution, delivered speeches and shared their best wishes.
