For independent Kazakhstan, whose Blue Flag proudly flies in the sky, whose Emblem stands as a symbol of statehood, and whose Anthem elevates the spirit of the nation, the state symbols hold a special place. To honor these values, a ceremonial event titled “State Symbols – The Pride of the Nation” was held today at the State Symbols Square in celebration of June 4 – the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The festive gathering began with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, followed by the raising of the Blue Flag.

During the event, District Akim Jandos Yerkinbek congratulated residents on this significant occasion and stated:

“Respect for state symbols is a sacred duty of every citizen. Today, Kazakhstan’s Blue Flag is proudly displayed in many countries around the world. Our athletes raise our sky-blue flag high on international stages, introducing the world to our unique Emblem featuring the shanyrak and our National Anthem. Therefore, respecting our national values and instilling their importance in the younger generation is a shared responsibility for all of us,” said the district head.

During the ceremony, several citizens who have contributed to the development of the district were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the District Akim. Newly appointed civil servants and young soldiers also took an oath to faithfully serve the people of Kazakhstan.

At the patriotic event aimed at fostering patriotism among the younger generation, local performers presented musical performances and created a festive atmosphere for the audience.
