On June 5, 2026, the Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for East Kazakhstan Region and Ethics Commissioner, K.K. Koishinov, held an online meeting with officials of the State Revenue Offices of the Zaisan, Kurchum, and Markakol districts.

During the meeting, issues related to compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Civil Service, Anti-Corruption, and the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants were discussed, as well as measures aimed at preventing offenses within government agencies.

K.K. Koishinov emphasized that civil servants must serve as role models for society, comply with legal requirements, strictly observe the standards of professional ethics, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He also reminded participants of the prohibition on participating in gambling activities, as well as driving vehicles under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances and appearing in public places while in such a condition.

Following the meeting, K.K. Koishinov highlighted the importance of continuous compliance with the above-mentioned requirements, strengthening discipline, and fostering an atmosphere of legality and responsibility within government agencies.
