Improvement works are continuing on the territory adjacent to the Solnechny store in the KSK district. The project includes the construction of a parking area, asphalt paving of more than 3,000 square meters, and the modernization of the outdoor lighting system. These measures are aimed at enhancing residents’ comfort and creating a modern urban environment.

During a review of the project’s progress, issues related to the placement of temporary retail facilities located within the future parking area were also discussed. It was noted that the land plots are leased until 2028; however, their use must comply with the terms of existing agreements. In addition, the appearance of the facilities must meet the requirements of the city’s design code.

Special attention was given to the area intended for visitors of the Solnechny supermarket. Currently, part of this space is being used by tenants for commercial purposes. However, the territory is expected to serve its intended purpose and provide a comfortable environment for residents and visitors.

In addition, all surrounding areas, including those adjacent to pharmacies, shops, and other business facilities, are planned to be brought into proper condition. Building facades and nearby territories must comply with landscaping requirements and the principles of a unified architectural environment.
