In order to exclude risks in terms of disinformation of the taxpayer about the fact of correct/incorrect execution of the notification, we propose to automate the process of informing NP about the execution or non-execution of the notification according to the type "Notification in accordance with Article 137 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been executed, while the violation according to the notification has not been eliminated/eliminated."

It is proposed to set a lock on the previously accrued CIT/PIT amount upon notification to reduce the previously accrued amount (provision of additional forms leading to minimization) since there are no launches to minimize CIT/PIT.
