To support entrepreneurial initiatives among socially vulnerable groups, applications for government grants to support new business ideas will be accepted on the Business.enbek.kz portal from June 24 to July 8, 2026.

The grant amount is 400 monthly calculation indices or 1,730,000 tenge. State support is provided on a gratuitous basis and is aimed at promoting entrepreneurship development, creating new sources of income, and increasing the economic activity of citizens.
The grant is provided as a lump sum and can be received only once.
Registered unemployed individuals, as well as individual entrepreneurs whose state registration period does not exceed one year, can participate in the competition.
Furthermore, applicants must belong to one of the following categories: persons with disabilities; persons with an active "kandas" status; interregional migrants; recipients of state-targeted social assistance; recipients of the monthly state allowance for large families and/or their spouses; a person raising a child with a disability and/or their spouse; recipients of survivor's benefits.
One of the mandatory requirements for participation is having a certificate of training in the basics of entrepreneurship under the "Bastau Business" project, obtained no earlier than three years before the application date.
The selection of applicants will be carried out by competition commissions based on the submitted business projects. During the review of applications, the viability and prospects of the business idea, the financial feasibility of the project, as well as its potential for creating new jobs will be assessed.
Applications are submitted electronically via the Business.enbek.kz portal. To participate, it is necessary to register on the portal, fill out the application form, attach a business plan, and sign the documents with an electronic digital signature.
