THE FIRST DAY OF THE “STATE YOUTH POLICY SCHOOL” TRAINING SEMINAR WAS HELD IN AKTOBE

Today, the first day of the traditional “State Youth Policy School” training seminar for regional youth work specialists was held in Aktobe with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and organized by the Zhasstar Research Center.
The opening ceremony featured welcoming remarks from Guliskhan Nakhbayeva, Director of the Zhasstar Research Center, and Alimbek Turaliyev, Head of the Aktobe Regional Youth Policy Department. In their speeches, they highlighted key priorities in the development of youth policy and emphasized the importance of enhancing the professional competencies of youth sector specialists.
On the first day of the program, participants attended training sessions conducted by journalist, media manager, international coach-trainer, and Editor-in-Chief of Orkenlink.kz, Makhabbat Yessen. The sessions focused on “Youth Support and Data-Driven Decision-Making” and “Confident Self-Presentation and Effective Engagement with Youth Audiences.”
The training included practical exercises aimed at strengthening participants’ skills in effective communication with young people, data-driven decision-making, and confident public speaking.
The seminar will continue over the coming days, providing participants with opportunities to learn about modern approaches to state youth policy and exchange professional experience and best practices.
