Kazakhstan and Georgia: Partnership in the Field of Public Services

The State Corporation “Government for Citizens” and the Public Service Hall of Georgia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing public services and improving mechanisms for interaction with citizens. The document confirms the parties’ intention to combine efforts in sharing practical experience and developing effective solutions that meet the modern needs of citizens.

The key areas of cooperation include the exchange of best practices in organizing the work of service centers, the development of digital services through the use of artificial intelligence, robotics, and process automation technologies. Particular attention will be paid to improving the customer experience by introducing modern service standards.

“We consistently build cooperation with international partners, as it is important to keep up with modern trends and technological solutions. Our goal is not only to study successful practices but also to select the most effective ones and adapt them to the needs of Kazakhstan’s citizens. At the same time, this cooperation is based on mutual exchange: Kazakhstan has accumulated significant experience in the digital transformation of public services and is among the countries with notable achievements in this field. Therefore, we are not only learning from international experience but are also ready to share our own developments,” said Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Corporation.

The Memorandum also provides for the development of human resources. The parties plan to implement joint educational programs, enhance employee qualifications, and organize internships and training events. Special attention will be given to supporting joint research and analytical projects of mutual interest.

“This visit is of particular importance for us, as it provides an opportunity to exchange experience and practical achievements accumulated over the years of work. The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation opens a new stage of interaction and creates a foundation for systematic partnership,” noted Vakhtang Zhvania, Chairman of the Public Service Hall of Georgia.

It is worth noting that during the two-day visit, the Kazakh delegation visited the Public Service Hall of Georgia, where they familiarized themselves with the organization of service centers, existing digital solutions, and the customer flow management system. Meetings were also held at the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Training Center of Justice of Georgia, where prospects for further cooperation were discussed.
