THE TAXPAYER IS REMOVED FROM THE REGISTRATION REGISTER WHEN:

- the transition from a generally established taxation procedure to a special tax regime;

- termination of activity or liquidation;

- termination of operations or liquidation due to bankruptcy;

- recognition of the judicial act of registration of an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity as invalid.;

- reorganization of legal entities by merging, joining or splitting.
