The WorkCamp-2026 forum brought together 100 outstanding young professionals under the age of 35 who have achieved success in various sectors across the region. Participants were selected based on recommendations from government agencies, enterprises, and organizations and were specially invited in recognition of their professional achievements, social engagement, and contribution to the development of the region. The participants represented a wide range of fields, including industry, public service, education, healthcare, sports, culture, media, entrepreneurship, and the non-profit sector.

Following the collection and systematization of all proposals and questions, Alimbek Turaliyev, Head of the Aktobe Region Youth Policy Department, met with participants in an open dialogue platform. During the meeting, participants raised issues of concern, shared their proposals, and presented new initiatives. The Head of the Department listened to the opinions and suggestions of the young participants and provided detailed information about the ongoing efforts aimed at supporting youth in the region. He also spoke about new opportunities in the field of youth policy, support mechanisms, government programs, and future plans, while answering participants’ questions.

WorkCamp-2026 provided an excellent opportunity for participants to establish new professional connections, exchange experiences with representatives from various sectors, and lay the groundwork for future collaborative initiatives. At the conclusion of the event, participants were awarded certificates, while the most active attendees received awards in nominations such as “Best Communicator,” “Youth Momentum,” “Forum Leader,” “WorkCamp Choice,” and others.

It is worth noting that WorkCamp-2026 was the first regional youth forum of its kind organized in the Aktobe Region. Its key distinguishing feature was not only bringing together the region’s most outstanding young professionals from different sectors on a single platform, but also providing them with an opportunity to present and discuss their proposals and initiatives directly with government representatives. This helped strengthen open dialogue between young people and public institutions, while creating favorable conditions for the development of new ideas and practical initiatives.
