Form 270.00: which of the pensioners is required to file a declaration

After the abolition of the fourth stage of universal declaration and the entry into force of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, retired former civil servants are no longer required to submit an annual income and property declaration in the form 270.00. The declaration is submitted only for the calendar year in which the citizen actually worked in the civil service.

The deadline for reporting is no later than September 15 of the year following the reporting year. In the future, the obligation to submit form 270.00 will arise only if there are certain grounds: real estate, transport or shares in companies abroad, funds in foreign bank accounts over 1,000 MCI, large acquisitions worth more than 20,000 MCI, as well as income subject to self-taxation.

If there are no such assets or income, you do not need to file a declaration
