We invite you to take part in the republican contest "Enbek Zholy - 2026"
All employees of enterprises can participate in the Competition (regardless of the industry). The winners of the competition are determined by the regional and republican commissions in two stages in the following nominations:

1) "The best labor dynasty" - the most numerous dynasty (three or more generations of the same family) with the longest work experience at this enterprise, with the largest number of awards, is selected.

2) "The best mentor for working youth" - the most highly effective mentor is selected (with at least 20 years of work experience).

3) "The best young production worker" - the most active and hardworking production worker is selected (with no more than 5 years of work experience);

The winners of the competition will be awarded a corresponding diploma and monetary certificates for the amounts:

- for the 1st place – 1,000,000 (one million) tenge;

- for the 2nd place – 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge;

- for the 3rd place – 200,000 (two hundred thousand) tenge.

Acceptance of applications for participation in the competition until July 01, 2026 in paper form and through the platform "Qamqor.enbek.kz ".
