The event was held to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, encourage regular participation in sports, and prevent harmful habits, drug abuse, delinquency, gambling addiction, and bullying. During the competition, boys competed in push-ups, pull-ups, and parallel bars exercises, while girls competed in plank holds and squats.

Among the boys:

3rd Place – Zhiengaliyev Nurkozha.

Among the girls:

1st Place – Tangirbergenova Asemgul;

2nd Place – Mambet Aiida;
