In accordance with the plan for professional development seminars for state revenue agency personnel—approved by Order № 1395 of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") dated December 26, 2025—the Training and Methodological Center, jointly with the Public Services Division of the Committee’s Public Services Department, conducted a remote seminar titled "New Tools for Improving the Quality of Public Services" via Polycom videoconferencing from June 24 to June 26, 2026.

       The goal of the event is to foster a human-centric approach to developing a service-oriented model for the delivery of public services.

      Staff members from regional state revenue authorities participated in the seminar as attendees.

      A lecture was delivered to the seminar participants via Polycom videoconferencing; the speakers were:

     - Aiymgul Kairatovna Turgumbayeva – Deputy Head of the Contact Center Division, Department of Digitalization, Committee;

     - Gulzhanat Zholamanovna Zhakayeva – Deputy Head of the Public Services Division, Department of Public Services, Committee;

    – Anar Nurlubekovna Yespolova – Deputy Head of the Public Services Division, Public Services Department of the Committee;

    – Aigul Darbayevna Batyrbekova – Chief Expert, Public Services Division, Public Services Department of the Committee;

     – Zhanat Karkenkyzy Aisekenova – Chief Expert, Public Services Division, Public Services Department of the Committee.

     Seminar participants posed questions to the speakers, who provided comprehensive answers.

      Following the seminar, 206 participants received electronic certificates confirming the successful completion of professional development training.
