The District Akim noted:
"The Constitution is the fundamental document that defines the legal foundations of our state, guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens, and regulates the functioning of state authorities. Therefore, the introduction of its new version marks a new stage in Kazakhstan's political and legal modernization. In the future, our district will continue to systematically implement socio-economic development initiatives based on the principles enshrined in the Constitution. Measures aimed at implementing investment projects, supporting entrepreneurship, developing engineering and social infrastructure, strengthening the potential of rural settlements, and improving the quality of education, healthcare, culture, and sports will be carried out step by step.
Under the new political conditions, the requirements for civil servants will also become more stringent. Along with professionalism, every employee must embrace honesty, responsibility, justice, and service to the interests of the state as their core principles. Our main goal is to improve the quality of life of residents, preserve social stability, ensure the rule of law, and achieve sustainable development of the district."
In accordance with the agenda, Chairman of the District Maslikhat Adil Koshalakov delivered a report entitled "The New Constitution and the Role of Local Representative Government," emphasizing the responsibility of local representative bodies in strengthening the connection between the people and the authorities.
