On July 8, 2026, the Department of Legal Awareness and Legal Services held a citizen consultation in the self-service area regarding the provision of government services.

During the consultation, citizens were informed about the procedure for obtaining government services, the list of required documents, and the options for independently accessing services electronically. All participants received comprehensive answers to their questions and the necessary advisory assistance.
