On the Current Procedure for Issuing a Document Confirming Tax Residency Status in the Republic of Tajikistan

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides information on the procedure for issuing a document confirming tax residency status in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan is the competent authority responsible for issuing the document confirming tax residency status.
To simplify the procedure and improve convenience for applicants, the document is issued exclusively in electronic form through the Public Services Portal of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan - https://emoliya.tj (hereinafter - the Portal).
The procedure for obtaining the electronic document is initiated by a user registered on the Portal. After the application is submitted, the document is generated and approved by authorized officials in accordance with the established procedures of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The approved document is prepared on the official letterhead of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, signed with the electronic digital signature of an authorized official, and made available on the Portal. The authenticity of the document can be verified using a QR code. By scanning the QR code, users are directed to the relevant page of the official website where the document and its details are available. This mechanism enables online verification of the authenticity and validity of the document in real time.
Verification of the authenticity of the electronic document via the QR code is available throughout the period during which it is made available on the official resource, which is 10 years.
