Today, an administrative meeting focused on the improvement of business properties, the removal of illegally installed structures, and the development of a unified architectural appearance for the city of Kostanay.

The Akimat's position remains unchanged: all business facilities must fully comply with the requirements of current legislation and the city's landscaping and improvement regulations. This work is being carried out on a systematic basis. Since the beginning of the year, property owners have received 1,802 recommendations to bring their facilities into compliance with established standards. Administrative measures will be applied to those who repeatedly fail to meet these requirements.

The meeting also reviewed the ongoing work to identify and dismantle illegally installed structures. Since the beginning of the year, 26 non-permanent retail pavilions have been removed across the city. Over the past three years, more than 505 illegally installed kiosks, pavilions, and retail stalls have been dismantled. Efforts are also continuing to prevent the unauthorized installation of advertising structures and amusement machines.

Creating a unified architectural identity for the city remains one of the Akimat's key priorities. A design code has already been introduced on several streets in Kostanay, and work will continue to implement unified standards for the appearance and exterior design of business properties throughout the city.
