On July 21, 2026, the district maslikhat's standing commission on regional socio-economic development, budget planning, industrial development, small and medium-sized businesses, agricultural issues, and law and order held a regular meeting chaired by deputy B.K. Ibrai. At the meeting, deputies heard a report from the akims of the Aleshinsky and Pervomaysky rural districts, "On the implementation of the budgets of the Aleshinsky and Pervomaysky rural districts of the Mendykarinsky district for 2025 and plans for 2026." The deputies also visited the rural district on the second issue raised by the rural district akim regarding the socio-economic development of the Sosnovsky rural district of the Mendykarinsky district (an off-site meeting). They visited a number of social facilities, inspected preparations for the school year and the heating season, and made a number of recommendations for addressing deficiencies. The commission adopted the relevant resolutions on the issues discussed.
