On July 22, 2026, a briefing on the operational results of the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan Region for the first half of 2026 was hosted at the Regional Communications Service platform. The Deputy head of the Department, Sairankan Kabysh, briefed media representatives on the execution of the state budget revenue targets, public service development, and issues regarding the universal tax declaration.

According to the results of the first half of 2026, the state budget tax revenue plan was fulfilled at 102,4%. Total revenue collection reached 284,0 billion tenge, exceeding the planned target by 6,6 billion tenge.

The speaker emphasized that the State Revenue Committee of the MF RK is continues its work on the development of of digital services. Currently, the state revenue authorities provide 40 public services, 90% of which are accessible electronically. During the first half of 2026, the state revenue authorities of East Kazakhstan region provided 264,8 thousand public services, with an electronic provision rate reaching 99,7%.

The briefing also outlined the core provisions of the universal tax declaration system. It was highlighted that certain categories of individuals must submit their 2025 declarations in Forms 250.00 and 270.00 to the tax authority at their place of residence (stay) no later than September 15, 2026.

Declarations may be submitted electronically via the taxpayer's office ITAS, the eGov.kz e-government portal, the e-Salyq Azamat mobile application, or through the mobile banking applications of second-tier banks, including Halyk Bank, Bank CenterCredit, and Kaspi.kz.

The Department continues its work on ensuring the completeness of budget revenues, improving tax administration efficiency, and elevating the quality of public services.
