An explanatory lecture on key norms of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the site of the Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region. Experts spoke for the staff of the Department: Konarbayev Allabergen Azerbaijanuli — public figure; Makhanbet Zhaksygul Shakhzadakyzy — public figure; Konilkos Nazgul Rzakhankyzy — chief specialist of the Department of Legal Clarification and legal Services of the Department of Justice of Mangystau region; Ermekova Alma Kenzhebayevna — member of the Chamber of Legal Consultants of Mangystau region. The event was chaired by the Deputy Head of the Department, Kairat Alen. The lecture helped the staff to gain a deeper understanding of the constitutional foundations, rights and obligations, as well as current changes in legislation.
