The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan is closely monitoring the development of logistics infrastructure of the largest international trading platforms.
 
To date, the Ministry has not received any official requests from Wildberries regarding the placement of additional warehouse facilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. If relevant proposals are received, they will be considered taking into account national interests, as well as in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
 
It is fundamentally important for the Ministry that any projects of international companies are implemented on a mutually beneficial basis, taking into account the country's national interests, create additional opportunities for domestic entrepreneurs, and are accompanied by investments in the economy of Kazakhstan.
 
Kazakhstan has significant transit and logistics potential. In this regard, the Ministry supports the implementation of investment projects aimed at developing modern warehouse and logistics infrastructure, creating new jobs, and developing cross-border e-commerce.
 
In addition, processes related to the movement, storage, and handling of goods are regulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the law of the Eurasian Economic Union. Therefore, no exceptions or special conditions are provided for individual market participants.
