On 28 July of the current year, as part of the implementation of the President’s “Law and Order” principle and to ensure the safety of tourists, a preventive awareness campaign was organized at the initiative of the Mangystau Region Prosecutor’s Office in cooperation with the Mangystau Region Department of Emergency Situations, the Police Department, and the Regional Tourism Department.

During the campaign, residents of Aktau, visitors to the city, and tourists were informed about the importance of maintaining public order, following water safety regulations, swimming only at designated and properly equipped beaches, and ensuring that children are not left unattended.

In addition, informational leaflets containing tourist safety guidelines were distributed at beaches with a high number of tourists and vacationers. Tourist safety brochures were also provided to the reception desk of the Caspian Riviera Hotel for distribution among the city’s guests.

The purpose of the campaign was to ensure the safety of tourists and residents, prevent accidents, promote a culture of safety among citizens, and raise awareness of the “Law and Order” principle.
