On the submission of customs reports for the second quarter and the first half of 2026

By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 14, 2026 No. 306, amendments were made to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2020 No. 374 "On certain issues of accounting and reporting to the State Revenue Authority".

The changes are aimed at bringing Order No. 374 in line with the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules for Submitting Administrative Data.

In particular:

The term "information system" has been replaced by "digital system";
The title pages of the reporting forms and explanations for filling them out have been updated;
The shelf life of accounting and reporting books (journals) has been established;
Editorial changes have been made in accordance with the requirements of legal technology.

At the same time, the forms of accounting books (journals) and reporting forms have not undergone significant changes.

Order No. 306 was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 19, 2026 No. 38744 and entered into force on July 12, 2026.

What is important when submitting reports?

Accounting of goods and vehicles for the second quarter of 2026, as well as the formation and presentation of reports for the second quarter and the first half of 2026, is carried out according to the forms in force until July 12, 2026.

💻 Until the completion of work on automation of accounting and reporting in the digital system "Keden", reports are received by e-mail.

When sending, it is recommended to attach:

, cover letter;

, registration number and date of the letter;

It is also recommended to specify the subject of the letter.
