On 4 August 2026, the Akim of Bostandyk district, Azamat Kaldybekov, held a regular public reception for citizens. During the meeting, residents of the district had the opportunity to raise issues of concern directly, receive clarifications, and discuss possible solutions together with the heads of the relevant departments of the District Akim's Office.

The reception addressed issues related to the improvement of residential courtyards, maintenance of municipal infrastructure facilities, the organization of solid waste collection container sites, prevention of residential flooding, compliance with construction and renovation regulations, as well as the implementation of projects aimed at supporting the education of children with special educational needs.

Following each appeal, the district Akim issued relevant instructions to the departments responsible. For a few issues, on-site inspections involving competent government authorities were assigned to ensure a comprehensive assessment of the situation and the adoption of appropriate measures. For matters requiring budgetary funding, residents were informed about the procedure for including projects in the implementation plans and the order of their execution.

In addition, citizens received explanations on matters falling within the jurisdiction of other government agencies, along with recommendations regarding the appropriate procedures for further обращения.

Public receptions serve as an important mechanism for maintaining an open dialogue with residents. All appeals submitted during the reception remain under the supervision of the Bostandyk district Akim's Office until they are fully considered in accordance with the applicable legislation.
