If you paid the government fee for state registration license plates (GRNZ) but the government service was not provided, you can get a refund for the amount paid.

To do this, you must:

✔️ obtain confirmation that the government service was not provided;

✔️ file a tax return for a refund;

✔️ attach the supporting document;

✔️ provide your bank account information;

✔️ sign the return with an electronic digital signature (EDS) and submit it to the state revenue authority where the state fee was paid.

❗ Important: State fees are refunded by the state revenue authorities based on the tax refund application.

⚠️ Please note: The e-Otinish platform does not offer a service for refunding state fees.
