On August 10, in honor of the birthday of the great poet Abai Kunanbayuuly, an educational hour titled "Abai - The Sage of the Great Steppe" was held at the Bastau-Aul Rural Library. During the event, information about the poet's life and work was presented, a review of the book exhibition "If You Seek Precious Words, Read Abai and Marvel" was conducted, and Bekzhan Bolatkanov and Aiym Bolatbek recited Abai's poems expressively.
