Dear young professionals! We inform you that you have the opportunity to fill certain vacant civil service positions without a competition! Key conditions:

1) The opportunity to enter civil service without a competition is available within one year of graduating from a higher education institution;

2) The academic performance (GPA) level in your diploma must be at least 3.33;

3) The specialty in your diploma must meet the qualification requirements for the position;

4) Appointments without a competition are made in districts and cities, with the exception of the city of regional significance (Kokshetau). You can fill the following positions without a competition:

1️. a low-level position in the Akim's office or Maslikhat of a district of a region or a city of regional significance (except Kokshetau);

2. A non-managerial position in the executive body of a district of a region or a city of regional significance (except Kokshetau), financed from the local budget;

3. A non-managerial position in the office of the akim of a city of district significance, village, settlement, or rural district; 4. A non-managerial position in a territorial subdivision of a central government agency or its department in a district of a region or a city of regional significance (except Kokshetau). It is possible to pay a relocation allowance and provide a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing for young professionals who have arrived to work in rural communities.
