On August 14, 2026, a sports competition was held at the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to mark the 12th anniversary of the establishment of the state revenue authorities.

    Around 400 employees of the State Revenue Committee and the territorial State Revenue Departments took part in the sporting event.

  The opening ceremony of the Spartakiad was attended by Olympic champion and public figure Serik Sapiev, who delivered a welcoming speech and wished the participants successful performances, team spirit, and new sporting victories.

      Kazakhstani footballer Kuat Islambek—captain of the club Zhenis and a player for the Kazakhstan national team—was also present at the opening.

      Zhandos Duysembiev, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, also delivered welcoming remarks. He congratulated the staff on the 12th anniversary of the establishment of the state revenue authorities and highlighted the importance of such events in strengthening team spirit, fostering communication, and building a unified team.

    "Employees from all regions of the country have gathered here today. This is a great opportunity not only to demonstrate a competitive spirit but also to feel like a united team. Over the past 12 years, state revenue authorities have come a long way, and today we face new challenges," noted Zhandos Duysembiev.

      The primary goal of the Spartakiad is to promote physical culture and sports within the State Revenue Committee system, encourage a healthy lifestyle, strengthen teamwork, and foster team cohesion.

      Competitions were held in six disciplines: football, chess, volleyball, table tennis, Counter-Strike, and Dota. Winners of the team events and the best individual players were determined based on the results.

3rd Place – DSR, East Kazakhstan Region and DSR, Zhetysu Region – 1 gold medal each.
