Today, the akim of the region, Murat Ergeshbayev, held a personal reception of citizens on a first-come, first-served basis.
The majority of visitors raised issues of permanent employment, healthcare, housing, and additional education.
A resident of the city of Kyzylorda addressed the issue of housing, as she is on the waiting list for housing under the category «Persons with disabilities of the first and second groups». It was explained to her that housing is provided to those in need in order of priority, within the framework of the law.
Also considered were appeals from city residents requesting permanent employment for their relatives. Job seekers will be offered permanent positions in accordance with the requirements of the law.
A city resident came to the reception with a question about revising his child's disability group. He had previously contacted a medical institution regarding this matter. Currently, the citizen, who has a Group 2 disability, is provided with medical care and appropriate assistive means. He also underwent treatment at a sanatorium-resort institution this year. Specialists reported that there are no grounds for changing the disability group.
A resident of the village of Zhetikol in the Syrdarya district asked to be reinstated on the housing waiting list. He was placed on the housing waiting list in the city of Kyzylorda under the category «Zhalgyzbasty» in August 2016.
Subsequently, due to moving to the village, he was removed from the waiting list. He is currently on the housing waiting list in the district. The applicant was explained the requirements of the law regarding the queue order.
Every issue raised at the reception was comprehensively considered, and responsible heads of sectors were given specific instructions regarding the residents' appeals.
It should be noted that to register for a personal reception with the akim of the region, residents can submit an application on the eGov portal, the unified e-Otinish platform, or leave a written appeal at the akimat.
